GAPP & Workers
(GAPP) is a Medicaid program for medically fragile children under the age of 21. Children of families eligible for Medicaid can apply for GAPP at any time and must need the same level of care necessary for admission to a hospital or skilled nursing facility. GAPP is managed by the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH).
